The rent includes your furnished 29m² flat, top-of-the-range bedding, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and telephone. You also benefit from 24-hour staff presence, access to all communal areas (restaurant, bar, hammam, sauna, gym, film club), daily activities and a concierge service. Only meals and personalised services (cleaning, laundry) are extra.

That's exactly what it's designed to do. Studio Barbara is designed for independent seniors who want a private, functional and easy-to-maintain cocoon, with access to a rich social life right on their doorstep. You retain your independence, without the isolation.

Each flat has a call system connected to our teams, who are on duty 24 hours a day. If you feel unwell, fall or are worried, just press a button to alert our staff, who will intervene immediately. This is not intrusive surveillance, but discreet, reassuring security.

Absolutely not. Casa Barbara is your home away from home: you live at your own pace. Sporting, artistic and cultural activities are offered every day, but participation is entirely voluntary. Some residents prefer the tranquillity of their studio, others participate on a daily basis - it's up to you.

The Discovery package (less than 3 months) allows you to test the Casa Barbara experience. The Nomad package (3 to 12 months) offers greater flexibility for longer stays. The Long Stay package (more than a year) offers the most advantageous conditions for those wishing to settle in permanently.

The Grande Suite Barbara (58-65m²) comprises two separate bedrooms, each with its own dressing room, plus a large living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms can accommodate one bed, so you can comfortably accommodate your visiting family or friends, or two people living together, each with their own private space.

This is precisely one of the advantages of the Grande Suite Barbara. The second bedroom allows you to receive your loved ones for several days in real comfort, without them having to sleep on a sofa or in a hotel. They can also enjoy the in-house restaurant during their stay.

For this price, you get a fully-equipped, furnished and air-conditioned 58-65m² flat, with all services included (24-hour presence, access to communal areas, activities, concierge service). An equivalent T3 apartment in Nice, with no services or security, rents for between €1,700 and €2,500, plus utilities, equipment and a total lack of support.

Yes, the modularity of the space makes this possible. Some residents use the second bedroom as a permanent office, reading room or space dedicated to a passion. We can discuss this with you during your visit and adapt the layout to your needs.
